Photo of Mr. Huang Mr. Huang is a biologist in the Section on Neuroadaptation and Protein Metabolism in the Intramural Research Program of the National Institute of Mental Health, National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Huang holds an M.S. degree in computer science from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. He joined the Section in 2006.
