Photo of Dr. Bishu Dr. Bishu is a clinical research fellow in the Section on Neuroadaptation and Protein Metabolism in the Intramural Research Program of the National Institute of Mental Health, National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Bishu earned an M.D. in 2003 from the University of Nebraska. After completing residency training in Surgery and Nuclear Medicine, Dr. Bishu joined the Section on Neuroadaptation and Protein Metabolism in 2004. Dr. Bishu’s research focus has been the measurement of regional rates of cerebral protein synthesis in healthy human subjects and subjects with fragile X syndrome.
