Office of the Scientific Director (OSD) - OSD Staff Vicki Dobbins, M.B.A. – Associate Director for Administration Vicki Dobbins is the Associate Director for Administration and the Acting Chief, Administrative Services Branch in the NIMH Intramural Research Program, Office of Administration (OA). The OA oversees all administrative operations including contracts, budget, facility management and renovations, information technology, and general administrative services including purchasing, travel, outside activities, payroll, and HR actions. She also serves as a liaison between IRP, NIMH headquarters and the NIH, responding to questions regarding administrative activities of the IRP. Ms. Dobbins received her Master of Business Administration with a focus in finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2005 and her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University in 2003.
